1. Acceptance of Terms

By using iAdspire, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Content Guidelines

All content posted on iAdspire must comply with our quality standards. Violations may result in no payment, partial payment, or account bans. Prohibited content includes:

• Sexual or adult content (explicit or suggestive)
• Shocking or disturbing visuals
• Violence, blood, or injury shown without context
• Excessive profanity or vulgar language
• Fraud, scams, or misleading claims
• Harmful or dangerous acts
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Insulting or demeaning content
• Drugs or drug-related promotion (illegal or recreational)
• Tobacco, alcohol, or similar product promotions
• Firearms, explosives, or weapons-related content
• Content promoting cheating, hacking, or dishonesty
• Sensitive or controversial topics (e.g. abuse, suicide, terrorism, war)
• Inappropriate content for children

3. Ad Placement Rules

Ads must be clearly visible throughout the video and can be placed at the top, middle, bottom, or sideways. The ad should cover at least 90% of the width (sideways) and must be clearly visible throughout the video. If the ad is not placed properly, payment may be reduced or not given.

4. View Counting and Payment Terms

• Only views generated within the first 5 days of uploading the video will be counted for payment
• The minimum payout is ₹100
• Payments are processed within 24-72 hours after approval
• Payments can be withdrawn via UPI or bank transfer
• Earnings are credited to your iAdspire wallet

5. User Responsibilities

• Video links must be submitted on the same day of upload
• Maximum 5 video submissions per day
• Instagram accounts must comply with quality standards
• Content must follow community guidelines

6. Fraud Prevention

iAdspire reserves the right to reject or ban accounts that engage in fraudulent activities. Accounts may be suspended or banned for violating our terms and conditions.

7. Modifications to Terms

iAdspire may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
